1. Use a balance board

When using this equipment, the goal is to stay balanced for as long as possible. This exercise is also good for strengthening the core. It will also allow the person to develop the right posture for surfing.

Single leg balance exercises

Learning how to stand on one leg can be useful when it comes to surfing. From the simple form of simply standing for minutes with one leg to using equipment such as deadlifts, chairs, and stability balls, a person will be able to strengthen their body.
